No. Our classes are suitable and safe for beginners. Our instructors will guide you through each exercise to ensure proper technique, while the intensity and resistance are adjusted to your individual fitness level and abilities.
We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting activewear and grip socks. It’s also a good idea to bring a bottle of water with you. We’ll provide all the other equipment you need at the studio.
Our group classes are limited to a maximum of four participants, allowing our instructors to give everyone the attention they need. The small group setting creates a more personal, calm, and safe workout experience.
