Teachers

Meet our instructors, who bring expertise, care and dedication to every class. Our goal is to guide you in a safe and inspiring environment, helping you connect with your body and get the most out of every movement – at your own pace.

Lili Balogh

My name is Lili Balogh, and I am a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor. I graduated as a physiotherapist from the University of Pécs in 2025, where I am currently continuing my studies in a Master’s degree programme.

In the same year, I also qualified as a Pilates instructor, and since then, I have been teaching both Mat and Reformer Pilates classes.
As a physiotherapist, I place particular emphasis on precise, mindful movement and proper technique, ensuring that every class is both safe and enjoyable for everyone — whether you are a complete beginner or joining us with musculoskeletal concerns.

Everyone is warmly welcome to join my classes, where mindful, safe, and professionally guided movement is at the heart of every session — along with a positive and enjoyable atmosphere.

Réka Iványi

Movement has always been an important part of my life, and what I love most about Pilates is that it challenges the body while allowing the mind to switch off and recharge. In my classes, I focus on mindful movement, precision, and body awareness, while creating an environment where everyone can work at their own level and continue to progress with every session.

I believe that a truly great Pilates class should not only make you stronger and more toned, but also help you feel more confident. I love finding the perfect balance between a workout that challenges you while also leaving you feeling recharged, energised, and good in your body.

My goal is to ensure that every client receives personal attention, motivation, and personalised support, whether they are joining their very first class or taking on a more advanced challenge. I place great importance on a positive atmosphere, precise technique, and making sure that movement always remains enjoyable.

If you’re looking to strengthen your body, improve your body awareness, and recharge in a positive and uplifting atmosphere, I’d love to welcome you to one of my classes.

Hanna Simon

I have always been fascinated by what mindful movement can do for both the body and mind, and Reformer Pilates was love at first sight. The Reformer offers the perfect balance of challenge and support, safely guiding and supporting the body throughout every movement.

I can’t wait to share with you the energy, precision and flow that this form of movement offers. I know how fast-paced our lives can be, and how everyday stress, long hours of sitting or repetitive strain can leave our muscles feeling tight and tense.

A Reformer class is more than just a workout — it’s an opportunity to slow down, turn your focus inward, and reconnect with your body. Every movement is mindful, controlled, and freeing, helping you build strength while releasing tension and finding balance.

What is guaranteed?

• We can reach deeper stretching positions safely and with greater control.

• We mobilise the joints and increase range of motion.

• We build long, lean muscles while releasing tension from the shoulders, back and hips.

• We improve posture and strengthen the deep core muscles.

• We help relieve stress and support mental well-being.

My goal in every class is to help your body feel lighter and more at ease, so you leave feeling recharged, energised and uplifted. I believe that every body is capable of progress, and that movement is most effective when practised with joy and mindfulness. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking for the perfect complement to your more dynamic workouts, I’d love to welcome you to my Reformer classes. Give yourself one hour where the focus is entirely on you and your body.
